The project was designed to provide spatial quality by creating different experiences in every social and private area.
The relation between the double height distributor with the dining room, the living room with the pool area, the main bedroom with the patio, secondary bedrooms with the trees from the facade, result in undefined boundaries between areas, where the spatial route is defined by the views and sensorial experiences.
